WHO AM I?
Specialist in Academic English and Creative Writing
I have recently graduated from Royal Holloway University of London with a 1st class Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, after achieving A*AA at A level. I will be studying towards an MA in Creative Writing (specialising in poetry) throughout the next academic year.

I have been offering private lessons to primary, secondary, GCSE, A Level and Degree Level students over the last year.
​
I teach from Royal Holloway's Egham Campus, Costa in Egham and Egham Library. I also offer online tuition and am able to travel if my expenses are covered.
Really can't rate Briony highly enough! She has been tutoring my son in the weeks before his GCSEs, and after the first lesson his reaction was that he had learnt more in an hour than in his whole school career - he then recognised that may be going a tad too far, yet praise indeed from a teenage boy! He loves her enthusiasm, and she has been wonderful at boosting his otherwise lacking confidence and self-belief. I only wish she could help him in his other subjects, too! If you are looking for an English tutor, you couldn't do any better than Briony - I'm so happy we found her!
